FESW: Plotting in Matlab
In this workshop we will discuss how to use handles to specify many attributes about a plot. These may include font size, font name, line width, line style, figure size, etc. We will use handles for the axes, the figure window and the data sets. The intent will be to have a working program you can take with you for plotting in the future.
In addition to simply specifying figure properties we will also discuss 3-D plots including contour, contourf and surf.
Finally, we will integrate these plots into a subplot platform so you can see how to implement the subplot command in different ways.
